  Good service and clean bathrooms. Their smoothie machine wasn’t working very good.

  Garbage service. I'd run the place better myself. Even on days that are slow I still wait 5 minutes until someone appears to take an order. And also the black lady that works there is a bit**. Friendly service is hard to find these days.

  I've stopped here many times and it's always ridiculously slow service. Always! 20 minutes for a grilled cheese, 25 minutes for a coffee and soup or 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The place is never busier then 3 people in line and a couple in the drive thru.

  Wife received her soup right away and was close to being finished by the time I received my chicken bacon wrap . Not like it was that busy there and the lineup behind me was longer than the lineup for ordering. Drivethru is the priority here and food was made right away for them. I guess they have you trapped on the inside.

  Terrible service, two people walked out while I was there. Waited 10 minutes for a soup for which I was given a fork to eat with. Got a dirty look from one employee when I asked for a spoon. They didn’t tell us our order was ready, my boyfriends sandwich was cold because it sat on the counter in a bag and nobody told him it was ready. Quite obvious customers mean nothing at this location.
